4th of July Boat Parade

The Annual Lake Samish Boat Parade is a long-standing tradition celebrating our nation's independence and will take place on July 4, at 2pm. Please note, this is not a Lake Samish Association sponsored event, due to our liability insurance not covering this type of event. The Lake Samish Association encourages all participants to adhere to the Whatcom County boating regulations, which state that boats must travel at 6 mph or less within 150 feet of shore or docks. Please be aware of the wake size created with multiple boats traveling close to each other and the effect this can have on docks. We hope all participants enjoy this annual event while respecting their neighbors and their property. Happy 4th of July to all of our neighbors!
