Association Member Board and Business Meetings


Spring Business Meeting

The primary purpose of the annual business meeting is to elect association members as volunteer's to the board of directors.  This meeting also has one or two lake-related topics presented by guest speakers as well. This meeting typically meets annually on the fourth Thursday in April. 

Fall General Member Meeting

The purpose of the general member meeting is to inform and update association members about a variety of lake-related issues presented by guest speakers. This meeting typically meets annually in October. 

Board of Director Meeting's

The purpose of the board of director meeting's is to manage the affair's of the association members. This meeting typically meets the first Monday of every other month (January, March, May, September, November) skipping the summer months. Meetings are open to all association members.


Committee Meeting's

Committee meetings are held at such a time, place, and frequency as established by the chair of each committee in consultation with the committee membership.

Special Meeting(s)

Special meetings may be called according to any of the following:
  • a. By the President of the Association.
  • b. By a majority of the Board of Directors.
  • c. By a written request of at least ten percent (10%) of the current membership. Such a request must state the purpose(s) of the meeting and must be filed with the Secretary. A special meeting shall be convened by the President within thirty (30) days of the receipt of a written request for the sole purpose of addressing the issues stated in the request.
